FALCON elastic belt can be produced from a minimum diameter of 3.5mm to a maximum of 18mm, with minimum developments that change according to the diameters and can be endless – closed ring or open with hook.
Falcon Elastic belt can be rubberized, paraffined or antistatic.
“Ritortina” (twisted belt) is actually produced in diameter 4.5 mm, 6 mm and 7 mm.
This item is also used for the so-called “fast changes/quick replacements” thanks to its easiness in mounting. This lets the substitution without the need of stopping the plant for a long time and allows to shorten “dead times” considerably.
FALCON elastic belt can be produced in several finishes: rubberized, paraffined and antistatic according to the field and the type of application.

Our belt guarantees:

• The chance to use it in case of variable wheelbase and in continuous movement from the driving pulley and the driven ones
• Problems absence in case of frequent departures/stops and direction reversals
• Problems absence during changing passages when using additional driven pulleys
